EXPLORATION MEETING

We take a personal approach. So our first step is to meet. These meetings are mostly online ,however, if you are reasonably close then we can meet for coffee. In this meeting we discuss you requirements and start exploring your needs.

CONTRACTING

Once we have a good understanding for your vision and how our technology can meet your needs we will enter into a contract with the details. Billing starts when the project starts. It takes about two months for us to build the website - if it takes longer we will pause billing until the project goes live.

DESIGN

The exciting aspects of design starts at this stage. We will work with you on figuring out how your brand will be represented on your web site. We will require a logo and color scheme from your side. We can show you some examples ,however, our design does not include logo design and style sheet design. If you need this can put you in touch with resources who can assist with this aspect.

CONTINUOUS DELIVERY

Once we have agreed on a vision for the site's content and look we will start building the site. The building process can take several six to eight weeks to complete.

GO LIVE!

Once we are all happy to go live we will launch the site into the wilds of the world wide web. Your site will be registered with search engines and your analytics platforms activated. This process also involve setting up your security certificates if your plan includes them.

HAND HOLDING

Once you are live we will help you learn how to update the content and how to make changes to your site. The hand-holding phase takes about three months and is more intense than the customer service phase which follows. From this point onward you will be responsible for updating your own content - we will guide and help you where necessary.

LONG TERM BASIC SUPPORT

All customers get access to basic support which includes access to customer service, documentation, white-papers, and support forums.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional services are available as and when you require.
