A few weeks ago I hinted at a new product announcement - read on for the announcement. Get ready because we are reaching for the stars (again).
For the past twenty five years the VoyagerNetz team has been enhancing customer communication across a wide spectrum of industries. It started way back in 1995 when my Dad asked me to optimise and personalise customer communication in his medical practice. Thousands of customers would receive personalised and friendly communication letters by mail (yup - snail mail was big in those days). That's where the Voyage started.
During January of 2020 we started developing a revolutionary new VoyagerNetz product which was released to market this past November. VoyagerNetz Engage is now already deployed at seventeen customers across the United States and South Africa.
